2) Please make payment according to the method provided in the form.

Simply click on the green wordings - The Legend Hotel and the form will be immediately downloaded into your laptop/computer. If you are using Firefox or Google Chrome web browser, the downloaded form will be in the folder entitled, "Download" in your laptop/computer because of its default setting. As for Internet Explorer 7, the downloaded form will fall into the folder entitled, "Documents" due to the default setting of the web browser.
